We carry out market studies in key areas in order to refine the positioning of our products and to develop a coherent business plan for setting up our establishments. We also accompany groups with this type of mission.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
We set up the financial arrangements for the project, sourcing investments and financing from identified partners.
COMPLETION
We oversee our projects from the management of the various stakeholders and service providers to the delivery of the project and the handover of the keys.
COMPANY MANAGEMENT
We manage our establishments by overseeing human resources, administration, technical, financial, marketing and sales. These services are also provided on behalf of third parties, on a global or à la carte basis.
HUMAN RESOURCES
We offer to manage the recruitment, training and monitoring of the team. We also take care of the administrative aspect and in particular the drafting and monitoring of employment contracts, as well as the supervision of the management team.
ADMINISTRATIVE & TECHNICAL MATTERS
We oversee the administrative side of things, including monitoring and compliance with regulatory requirements and the creation and deployment of procedures. We can also organise the control of purchases and assist in the selection of service providers.
FINANCE
Our teams will assist you in drawing up the provisional budget, monitoring this budget and monthly reporting. We can also work with your accountant to help balance the operating accounts.
MARKETING & SALES
Our marketing and sales department is available for the creation and follow-up of your establishment’s strategies (distribution, yield management, global on and off line communication, marketing strategy etc. )
